WISCONSIN TEACHER FACES NEW FELONY CHARGES IN CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT INVESTIGATION
A former Eau Claire, Wisconsin high school teacher already facing serious criminal allegations has been hit with a new wave of felony charges.
Nadia M. Horn, 22, previously employed as a special education teacher at North High School, is facing multiple new counts related to the sexual assault and enticement of minors.
THE NEW CHARGES
According to Wisconsin online court records, the newly filed charges against Horn include:
Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child
Child Enticement
Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime
Each of the newly filed felony charges carries a strict modifier requiring the lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders upon conviction. An initial court appearance regarding these new charges has been officially scheduled for July 28, 2026.
The investigation first came to light in March 2026, when the Eau Claire Police Department was alerted to reports of an inappropriate physical relationship between a staff member and students at North High School.
Initial charging documents filed earlier in the investigation accused Horn of five felony counts, alleging she engaged in sexual relationships with 16-year-old students at the school where she was employed. Following her arrest, local law enforcement urged parents to talk to their children and contact detectives with any additional information regarding the suspect.
The suspect has been formally charged and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
