A Worcester, Massachusetts, man faced charges Friday in the whose body was found in her vehicle last year.
Donovan Foster, 29, is charged in the death of Joanna Brown, 30, of Worcester, who was found in the area of Mount Vernon Street on Nov. 3, 2025.
Brown, who was reported missing by her family, was last seen the weekend prior at Bean Counter, where she worked
, police said. Her body was found in her Mitsubishi Outlander in a parking lot at Green Hill Towers.
Last week, Foster was indicted on one count of murder. Foster was initially arraigned on charges stemming from an incident involving a firearm, including carrying a loaded firearm without a license.
Foster was arraigned in Worcester Superior Court and held without bail.
