Persistent cough & breathing problems:
Its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties help relieve a blocked nose and facilitate breathing.

🧾 Homemade recipes with Kalanchoe

⚠ Important note:  Always wash the leaves thoroughly before use. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with chronic illnesses without medical advice.

1. Infusion for respiratory problems
Ingredients:

  • 3 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Wash the leaves and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Boil the water, add the leaves and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and add honey if desired.

👉Drink 1 cup warm in the morning and evening for 3 to 5 days.


2. Poultice for muscle and lower back pain
Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
  • Clean compress or cloth

Preparation :

  1. Crush the leaves to obtain a paste.
  2. Apply to the painful area.
  3. Cover with the compress and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.

👉Repeat 1 to 2 times a day until improvement.


3. Detox and diuretic juice
Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • ½ cucumber

Preparation :

  1. Wash all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.

👉Drink on an empty stomach, 2 to 3 times a week.


4. Natural cough syrup
Ingredients:

  • 5 fresh Kalanchoe leaves
  • 250 ml of pure honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation :

  1. Crush the leaves and collect their juice.
  2. Mix with the honey and lemon juice.
  3. Store in a dark glass bottle in the refrigerator.

👉Take 1 teaspoon every 4 to 6 hours.
