Ingredients
(2 large glasses)
500 ml chocolate ice cream (about 4 large scoops) 🍨
250 ml cold milk 🥛
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
For garnish
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Grated chocolate or chocolate chips
👩🍳 Preparation✔️ Place the chocolate ice cream, cold milk, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and vanilla in a blender.
✔️ Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until you get a smooth, thick and completely homogeneous mixture.
✔️ I taste the milkshake and if I want it sweeter, I add sugar or honey to taste.
✔️ I decorate the inside of the glasses with a little chocolate syrup.
✔️ I pour the milkshake immediately and top it with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
✔️ I garnish with grated chocolate, chocolate chips or drizzle with syrup.
✨ Tip for an amazing result: For an even richer milkshake, add 50 g of melted and cooled semi-sweet chocolate before mixing. The taste is much more intense and the texture is creamier.
