A cocktail that removes fecal matter, toxins and toxic residues from the colon.

 


Regular colon and intestinal cleansing is so important that it can literally save our lives. Feces, toxins, and toxic residues can accumulate in the colon and be eliminated, promoting overall health.

A good colon cleanse combined with a healthy and balanced diet provides a greater sense of peace, deeper sleep, better breath and body odor, eliminates acne and rashes, and prevents many diseases, including cancer.

The ingredients in this colon cleansing smoothie are excellent for improving digestive health and restoring gut flora. Flaxseed, in particular, aids intestinal transit and the absorption of toxins, while green leafy vegetables alkalize the body and eliminate viruses, bacteria, and parasites.

You will need: 300 grams of green leafy vegetables (kale or spinach), 2 ripe bananas, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, 115 mg of kefir, 2 dates, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 200 ml of water.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Drink once daily for 2 to 3 weeks. For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
